The Conference theme, "Promoting a Social Alliance for Public Health", will convene a broad participation of the institutional, professional, community, social and academic sectors to engage in the critical thinking and analysis of public health issues.

The enthusiasm generated by the First Puerto Rican Conference on Public Health, held last year, encouraged the Graduate School of Public Health to host this Second Conference. We anticipate that the Conference will provide the opportunity to critically assess current public health challenges and to generate realistic solutions.
