CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations and refund requests must be in writing to the Second Puerto Rican Conference on Public Health (Mail, Fax or E-Mail) on or before June 10, 2004.
Refund requests received on or before June 10, 2004 are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
No refund requests will be provided after June 10, 2004.
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of the Conference is Spanish. However, presentations in English will be accepted.
Simultaneous translation will not be available.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The Caribe Hilton Hotel is offering a Special Daily
Room Rate (Single or double) of $115.00 plus 9% Tax and 6% "Resort Fee" for Conference participants.

IMPORTANT DATES
April 30, 2004 - Deadline to submit abstracts.
May 31, 2004 - Deadline for registration at a reduced fee of:
$175.000 for Participants and $100.00 for Students with a certification from an Educational institution.
August 1, 2004 - Deadline for registration at a reduced fee of
$200.00 for non-student participants.
August 15, 2004 - Deadline for student registration at a reduced fee of $125.00.
